Refund policy

Within 14 days without giving any reasons or incurring any expenses, and within 30 days if the Product is defective or doesn't conform to the specifications or the purpose for which it was contracted, the method of refunding the amount will be in the same method of payment, with the following conditions.

  • The necessity of having the original shipping airway bill with the customer and in his name.
  • The consumer may not claim a right in the following cases if the nature of the product, its specifications, the method of packing or packaging prevent it from being replaced or returned, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of contracting. if the Product that is manufactured according to special specifications specified by the consumer and the Product conforms to these specifications, the information programs and what they represent.
  • The warranty or the right to return devices and accessories for any reason, including manufacturing defects, does not include damage, breakage, falling into water or misuse of the customer. Please keep the shipping airway bill, knowing that no other additional copies can be issued. Keeping the invoice is the responsibility of the customer and he must submit it upon request to obtain after-sales services.
  • Product is in the same condition as you received it, is not opened, used, installed, damaged or altered with in any way.
  • Product with its original retail packaging and seal intact.
  • Producing a copy of the original shipping airway bill.
  • Product serial number and/or UPC is not altered or tampered with in any way.
  • Product is accompanied with user manual, spare parts, accessories and free gifts received with it.
  • Product is not a clearance or final sale item clearly displaying a non-return policy
  • Product is not among the non-returnable list.

Please note that:

  1. EL SEWEDY SHOP reserves the right to reject any returns requests for non-compliance with the terms set-forth hereinabove without incurring any liability due to such rejection
  2. You may receive the refund stated hereinabove in many ways, e.g., in the same payment method you initially used to make the payment, bank deposits, credited to your EL SEWEDY SHOP Wallet or issued in any other way EL SEWEDY SHOP may see fit. The refund may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement depending on your bank process.
  3. You shall be entitled to replace the returned Product with another one higher or at least equal in price.
  4. We strongly advise you to review the Product with the courier representative before accepting it since you will take the responsibility for any scratches, cuts or shortages in the Product you received, and you shall lose your right to request from EL SEWEDY SHOP the return or substitution thereof.
