You acknowledge that EL SEWEDY SHOP tradename, trademark, logo, copyright, patent or any other proprietary rights, any variations thereof, together with any other rights associated thereto is the valuable property of EL SEWEDY SHOP, and that you may not use or exploit such right or any derivative or variation thereof by any mean without the express prior written consent of EL SEWEDY SHOP.

The violation of the foregoing shall cause EL SEWEDY SHOP irreparable damage, and shall be deemed to constitute a violation of the intellectual property rights of EL SEWEDY SHOP, entitling the latter, in addition to any other remedy to which EL SEWEDY SHOP is entitled at law or in equity, to an injunction, specific performance and/or seek equitable relief against such act before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, EL SEWEDY SHOP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary losses or damages, including but without limitation, loss of money, profits, goodwill, reputation or data attributable to your use and access of our Services, even if EL SEWEDY SHOP have been apprised of the possibility of such damages

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, EL SEWEDY SHOP’s aggregate liability with respect to, arising from, or arising in connection with the services provided or omitted to be provided, whether in contract, in tort, or otherwise, is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price, fees and charges paid to EL SEWEDY SHOP by you, noting that each transaction shall be treated independently and separately from any other transactions.

The purchase process will be considered void if payment is not completed within a period of 60 minutes from the request to place the product in the shopping cart. Likewise, if you return again and add any products to the cart, it will be done again according to the new prices and controls.
